The Mount Beacon Amateur Radio Club is located in the Hudson Valley of upstate New York. The MBARC is dedicated to supporting all HAMS, providing public service, and supporting ARES/RACES and Skywarn operations.
The MBARC sponsors the largest ARRL traffic net in the Hudson Valley, called the Hudson Valley Net, which meets every night at 19:30 hours local time on the KC2DAA repeater (146.97- PL100).
They also host the AMSAT registered Hudson Valley Satcom Group Net every other Thursday on the KC2DAA repeater at 8:00 PM local time and hold an on air meeting every monday night on the KC2DAA repeater at 8 PM local time.
Monthly club meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month at the Town of Fishkill Police Station in Fishkill NY. All are welcome to any MBARC Net, or activity.
